Barred rock pale

Today I noticed that one of my hens was really pale. Is she sick?

She is actually the one in my picture but she is really pale now.

She also lays larger eggs than my barred rock that looks older( well she is bigger) and they are weird shaped. They did have a ridge around the middle but today it was around the end.

Any help would be appreciated. Don't want her to be sick and me not know what to do? I love my hens and roo.

hens get pale when they stop laying....she could be starting a molt maybe?

How long does a molt last? She did stop laying but she appears to be younger than the one that quit laying.

But is has been over three weeks and she still has not lost any feathers....could it be something else?
