How can I get my dominate barred rock to stop pecking my toes. She is also getting harder to get back in the coop when it’s time to be put up. I need to cure her bad behavior.

Wear boots! JK!
Try throwing a little scratch away from you and towards the coop. If she starts to run to you, stomp and flap and chase her back!

I dont think your hen knows the toes are you. They are just something on the ground that look unfarmiliar. Like worns and grubs are on the ground and she knows those are tasty.
My chickens have shown the same behavior usually in the summer when i put the shoes away and get out the flipflops.

Stamping your feet should work, she will get the idea.

I just stomp or move my foot if my chickens are pecking at my toes. I doubt she is trying to behave badly or harm you. They just think your toes are food sometimes because it's not what they're used to seeing on the ground.

As far as putting her in the coop, maybe try to get her in later (because they usually want to go in at night to protect themselves) or begin feeding them in the coop. All of mine usually go in by themselves when it begins to get dark and I give them food when they go inside, so if I ever need to put them in early, all I have to do is open the door and most of them associate the door opening with getting food and rush in by themselves.

I have one girl that stays out until its almost dark. The rest have been inside and settled for half an hour or so. I just wait until dark to lock up.
And my girls pick at my toes also, just curiosity.
