Barred Rock Polish?

I'm so excited about my new chickies tonight. Is this a barred rock polish? or just a bad hair do?

Sorry but that isnt even a bared rock.. ( baring is not right )
could be a bared chicken ( theres alot of bared breeds that it could be )crossed with a Polish, Houdan, Crevecoeur, or a German Spitzhauben they all have a crest of feathers on there head.
Its a little rooster of some kind..
