Barred Rock squatting

Two of my three Barred Rocks started squatting this weekend. Does anyone out there with Barred Rocks recall how long it took to get the first egg after squatting began?

FIRST EGG!!! Found it this morning. Small for a barred rock egg, but I've been told it's normal for the first to be small. All expenses included, this egg cost about $300 (but the price will decline as more eggs come)!

How old was she when the first egg came? I'm still waiting for my first egg. One of the flock is a Barred Rock, 21 weeks old.
