I am wondering about this imp. Barred rocks seem to be the hardest to tell.. I've already started calling him Big Al even though he isn't "big" yet. BRs and Doms are the closest to hounds tooth in the chicken world. Lol. Roll Tide

That is a rooster, I have one barred rock and she has shorter comb and waddles.

Rooster, the female comb and wattle is less developed at that age.
