I agree with Katy on the hatchery stock. I've had six Wyandottes in all, every one a hatchery bird. My first three were pretty friendly, though not "cuddly". The second three were a bit standoffish.

I have one of each. My slw is my cuddle baby, but the br is so curious-always into what I'm doing. I'd probably have to toss a coin to decide.
