Hi all, I've done a few searches, but I'm not finding anything that sounds like what Barbie has.
I feel really bad because I didn't notice until tonight, but I found a large area on her back missing feathers. Well, I spotted it this morning, but could'nt get her in my arms to look at her until they were in for the night.
Of course I didn't take a picture (didn't even think of taking the camera out there...duh!)
I looked her over closely, and could not see evidence of any mites or creepy crawlies in or around the area.
There is no blood or redness, but the skin feels rough. Not knowing what else to do, I spritzed some blue kote over the area and put her back on the roost.
All the other girls seem fine, a lot of them had been molting and are growing their feathers back. That's why I missed this, since they all were looking a little scruffy, it wasn't until I saw Barbie walking away from me this morning that I could see the little pink patch mostly covered by her other feathers.
Tomorrow I plan to dust with DE and set up a dustbath bucket with DE mixed into the sand and soil for all of them to play in.
Any other suggestions or threads that I should read/try?

No, should have mentioned I don't have roosters.
Looked over the rest of them this morning, and everyone else seems OK.
Hoping the DE helps.

A few weeks ago, one of our girls had a very bare patch right at the lower back, where the tail starts. It was because one of the others was pecking and eating her feathers. When we sprayed bluekote on it, the one doing the pecking just switched to pecking haunches instead. Is it possible you have some feather-pecking going on?
