They are probably all sold out for the year. Being a popular breed of chicken you will have to order ealy in the year to get some. Now is too late to be looking for any.
 
Freys in Ontario also sells Barred and Columbian Rocks, together with RIR and hybrid layers.

I think that would be the closest hatchery to you.

And if no chicks are available your weather might still support hatching at this time of year and some places will still sell and ship eggs, even when they won't ship chicks. Which is always a useful option and it's how I get stock that is otherwise hard to come by.
