Barred rock's first egg

I am a new-ish chicken mommy and my Frannie laid her first egg two days ago, and nothing since. Is someone stealing my eggs while I'm at work or is she just being a freeloader again?

I am new at this too. My chickens are 22 weeks old or so. One of my BR has laid probably 5 eggs a week for almost three weeks. The other BR has laid 2 softshell eggs a week apart and nothing else!

New layer's can take awhile to debug the system.Just make sure they have good food and clean water and be patient. I like to make sure the new girls are eating well and have access extra calcium either in the form of layer feed or oyster shell on the side. Just give them time they will figure it out.
