I bought two barred rock hens about a month ago, when I bought my buff orpington hens. The buffs are laying every day. The barred rocks have yet to lay, unless you count the one egg the day after I got them. Does it take longer for them to adjust. Like I said, I know they are laying as they did the one egg when I got them.
