Barred rocks or cuckoo marans?

I picked up these chicks about a month ago. I was told they were either Barred rocks or Cuckoo marans or a cross of them both. I was also told they were all pullets. They have the black down the front of the legs. Only one of them has yellowish legs, the others have greyish pink legs now.

We went to get barred rocks so I am happy with them. Just hope they are all pullets. lol

The chick closest to the fence looks like a Cuckoo Maran, the rest look like Barred Rocks. I'm by no means an expert, but I have both breeds at the moment.

The one by the fence was confusing me too, since it looks like its more spotted than barred. I guess time will tell and if I get a really dark egg from her or not.
