Barrel racers?

Hey any barrel racers out thare? i love to barrel race!!!

I used to barrel race when I was in 4-H. It was always a lot of fun and there was nothing like the rush of adrenaline before running barrels! I haven't done it since my mare had to be put down though and I do miss it. I definitely don't miss all the times I fell off while doing it though! LOL

Wow, I grew up doing that, in fact thats where the " br" in my name comes from. I started when I was 5 and quit about ten years ago when I lost my horse to colic. I really miss it, I can't even watch without wanting to be in the arena.

I barrel raced for over 20 years, I still train but due to my knees don't compete anymore.

I love to barrel race. I don't compete (other than the occasional play-day), but it's something I've been thinking about looking into.
