bath time

I have a new found respect for those of you who wash your birds regularly. I just washed all the blood off my Carmine. The bath part wasn't too bad. The blow drying took FOREVER! He behaved like a bewildered gentleman the whole time. Right now, he's preening like a madman. He stops every few passes and gives me a look of indignation.

ohhhh, hee hee hee...mind you, this remark comes from a woman that has never gotten her bird in the bath tub! Now, there was an old saying "mader then a wet hen". How mad does the roo get! Hee hee!
