Now you've really done it! I'm just going to have to do it.

I'll save a few eggs on Saturday when I'm home, so the eggs don't get a chnce to get cold and place them in the bator.
I have some reading to do between now and them. I've never cone this before.

Besides I have to make sure it works so I can deal with warantee and returns while I still can. It will be too late if I wait til spring right??
... that's my story and I'm stickin to it!....

I give this question a TN "Hail YES!" Fire that puppy up!

Mine goes into action tonight.
There's nothing better than playing with chicks in front of a roaring fire while it's snowing outside.
Thankfully, I have a basement they're 'allowed' to live in for the first 2-3 weeks, then they can live in the garage for another 4-6 weeks.

And it truly is heavenly to take them to sunny wind-sheltered places on spring-like days and watch them explore and play.

If you have SAD issues during winter, hatch some chicks

Stinky dusty chickens, what are you talking about. LOL All she needs to do is take all the chicks out of the brooder, let them run around the house while she cleans it.
