I just put 12 BCM, 12 Barred rock and 12 RIR eggs in the bator. I closed it up at 1245 and said a little prayer. If my hatch rate holds true, I shoud have 32 to 34 chicks in 21 days. Because of the BCM eggs, I have two back up bators up and running. One time I don't need to screw up, especially after all the bragging I have done on my hatch rate. The temp is 100 and the humidity is 35. If that holds true , all should be O K. Where is a good broody silkie hen when you need her. I have a number of broody hens now, but none that I trust to stay that way.
