Bator staying too hot! Any suggestions?

Set up my new bator, thermometer and Hygrometer and turner. Can't get the temp below 110 no matter how low I turn it. Roon stays about 75 and it is in a corner away from drafts, direct sunlight and any heat or cooling source.

I have a Hov A Bator G2362N. My eggs keep getting older by the day, I already know I am going to have to toss the oldest eggs, at this rate I will have none to set once it gets right.....

Change the wafer in the thermostat.

I have adjusted and adjusted and finally I have had 100 with 54 humidity for the last 5 hours. Hoping this will remain stable so I can set eggs tomorrow night.
