Bator temp dropped to 80!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just checked on the bator and found it unplugged!!!!!!!
Temp dropped to 80 and humidity is up to 80!!!!! Not sure how long its been off, last i checked was last night and it was fine so it must have happened during the night orearly this morning.I am on day 13, will they be ok??????????? I am sooooooo upset

They should still do fine...it's okay....Just get your temps back up.....

Hi,

I had that happen with my buff orp eggs last yr. They should be fine. Mine was off for more then 8 hours to. I had a good hatch. I hope everything is ok and let us know on day 19 if there are pips, peeps, or shakes

I'm glad to hear the reassurance-mine was at 97.1 this morning and I was worried to. It's good to know that even if the bator really dropped we can still get some chicks.

Thanks fro the reasurance everyone!!! Temp is back to 100 and humidity is a t 50. Chicks are due on the 27th, so we will see.
