Not much. Don't ever think there is no hope, ASPCA, vets, and other things add another opened window to no battery hens

Call me a horrible person, but I don't think I need to stress and lose sleep over something that I have no control over. It does no good and in the end can mess things up for you.

As a USA citizen, you can try to change that. But outside of the USA, you cant do anything for them. And in the end, it just becomes another matter that someone loses sleep over until they accept it.

They actually say that the hens at cage free/free range farms are equally miserable to battery hens..

Well, cages seem a little worse, but "free range" chickens still suffer.
