Just keep watching them. No angel wing yet. It generally happens when their primary flight feathers start growing in, so a few more weeks yet. First they will get their chest feathers and some tail feathers, then back and head (if I remember this right) and their flight feathers are pretty much the last of the adult feathers to grow in.
