BB whites?

Are these poults BB whites? They seem thicker than my heritage poults at the same age, but I've never grown out BB whites before.

The sign at the feed store just said "white turkeys". I wanted BBWs, but I have a Holland hen that I adore, so those would have just fine as well. Thanks!
