BBB complaint seller sells sick birds

And worse she almost so rude its threatening. She's claiming she knows the hesd guy at the lab for like 20 years. If she does why would they back her selling sick animals. I so wish my friend and I asked around before buying from her. I am also so grateful for following quartine !! She still is insisting birds were healthy and bragging how city hasn't checked her. She is one of the worst people in general I have ever an across. Not just with selling animals shes just nasty period. How can she get away with this and seems everyone for the most part knows about her and its negative. Wish someone would have pre warned before my friend and I are out money. She doesn't want to deal with me because my friend bought the birds but they were one for each of us. I dont like BBB giving mh address because she is plain nuts. Ok I just really had to vent. I dot get why code enforcement and animal control refuses to do anything .

Its too bad shes selling sick birds...
But honestly... BBB isnt going to do a thing about it...

No faith in the BBB. Sadly. I wish so badly people would have warned us before. Even the our vet knows who she is. Sigh

So really complaint will do nothing ? So sad. If you saw how much business she gets by cars just driving by it would make you sick. I have even seen people recommend her in the past. She has some nice birds which is a shame.
