I enjoyed with the tortilla chips that had a "kick of lime" on them. Together, the three flavors had a nice symetry.

That’s our girl. lol and she may be having babies around Christmas. Apparently the boy made a little visit downstairs on Thanksgiving. lol I still have to get a pic of Sparrow the Sable (brown) boy.

I also use mayo. Gives a more even sear.

Powdered Parmesan mixed in with the mayo gives it not just a sear but almost a crust. Yummm
