Its good especially compound butter. For steak I like herb butter.

WAIT!!! I think I did actually butter steak once or twice!!! We went to Outback and they had these little tenderloin medallions on a kebab thing and they came with this roasted garlic herb butter stuff. It was DELICIOUS.
