WAIT!!! I think I did actually butter steak once or twice!!! We went to Outback and they had these little tenderloin medallions on a kebab thing and they came with this roasted garlic herb butter stuff. It was DELICIOUS.

You have to trust the source and quality of your meat. Do not do this with store bought meat. But do try it with an excellent quality meat. It really is very good

I usually just do American. but lately I like cheddar LOL I actually got various cheeses to experiment with.

That would explain it then cause we’ve only ever had store meat LOL although my brother and dad will do it in restaurants. they’re not technically allowed to here I don’t think but some do it. He always says rare as you dare. and also eats his burgers he makes at home extremely rare and also buys store meat!!! I think they probably get the expensive organic grass fed stuff instead of the cheap stuff cause of SIL but still!!!!
