BCM Please help me confirm he's a roo....

I picked up two BCM "pullets" at a swap in April. I believe the breeder said they were born in February, which makes them somewhere between 4 and 5 months old now. I think one of my "pullets" is actually a roo, but have no past experience with this particular breed. I am hoping some people with more Marans experience can take a look and tell me what they think.

He is the bird in front...

He has not made any attempt to crow yet, but I did notice a few red feathers showing on his back beneath his wings.....

Any input would be appreciated.

Oh, and is anyone looking for a friendly BCM roo? lol!

Thanks. Yeah he is a really nice looking bird, and has a great laid back personality. It will be tough to decide whether to keep him or not.
