BCM's lethargic and looks like dandruff around their head and neck.

I have already had one prize rooster die, and now a hen is showing the same symptoms. Sleepy/lethargic, and looks like dandruff on head and neck. No discharge from eyes, and no noticeable respiratory problems. Anybody got any ideas? (the rooster died after about a week of these symptoms, the hen has been showing for 2 days).

Could it be lice?? have you checked them or the coop for lice/mites yet?

No, just sprayed for critters about 3 weeks ago (they had feather mites), in my flock of 80 or so, no others are showing these symptoms.
