Be more patient? First time incubating

Yesterday was hatch day and I have six eggs that are incubating. As of this morning, four of the eggs have hatched. One of them has had a pip since yesterday morning. It's a good-sized pip and I can see the chick moving through the pip. I have not attempted to do anything with it because I know it can be 24 hours and sometimes more before these unzip. I'm just looking for some reassurance that I am doing the right thing by not touching it and letting it go on its own.
