I was trying to move my guinea hen into the nesting area so I could move the Coop And when I tried to grab my chicken it jumped up and hit the part of its upper mandible thats close to its head on the wood the upper mandible is bleeding now but it has no problem eating or drinking how bad of a problem is this and how do I fix it?

Is it still bleeding? A little sugar or corn starch on the wound will stop the bleeding. But you need to examine the beak to assess how serious this is.

If the beak has only a minor crack, a bit of clear nail polish (careful not to get any where the bird can nibble it) painted over the crack can strengthen it until it heals. Dry with a hair dryer to make it set up quickly.

If the crack is deep and threatens to break away, it needs more reinforcement with a scrap of thin paper glued to the beak to keep the beak's integrity while it heals.
