Beak concern and heavy breathing

Yes it is skippy again!! She was walking slow not herself so I checked her crop(last issue) her vent was saturated with runny poo and she was laying on her side breathing heavily as in labor. I brought her in gave her calcium and an epsom salt soak. While giving her a treat she clicks her beak while eating it looks fine to me but I gave her a bread crumble and she still clicks so is it a concern?

When she finished her soak her belly was hard and she seems large. Ideas?
