Beak Disaster!!

PLEASE HELP!!
I walked into the chook pen and the tip of my roosters beak , Ken, was hanging down with lots of blood. I cleaned away the blood and he managed to put it back into position but will I have to take the slightly snapped tip off or leave. I worry that it might hurt him when he pecks the ground to eat. Please help!! I don't know what to do and I don't want him to be in pain and unable to eat!!

Realy dont worry about it he being stupid "debeaked himself" nothings wrong with it it will bleed at first num up and he will be fine i habe had the same thing happen to one of mine it will look weird but he will loose ability to pick on other chickens and possibly mount if it broke off far..
