Beak hole?

I have noticed a wierd hole in my hens beak.in the lower part.

Anyone saw a thing like that?
I think its growing!!!

I have seen pictures here of a hen with a hole from an injury, and her tongue came out the hole. Hers was larger. Does yours look like something poked the hole like a piece of wire fencing? Could it be infected? I would probably clean it with some disinfectant, and make sure that she is getting enough to drink.
