We noticed that 1 of our 3 new POL bantams has an injury to its beak.
We are very new at keeping chickens having only had them 2 days !
The bantam in question seems to be behaving fine eating and drinking well with plenty of energy.

Any advice/opinions appreciated.

Thank you

I'm sorry no one has answered you yet! Sometimes the posts get buried.

It looks like a minor cut/injury to the beak from the pictures. It looks like it hasn't hurt the main part of the beak. It should heal over alright. Keep it clean. You may have to offer some mash (wet feed) for a little while if it's hurting her.

I hope this helps!

Thank you so much, that is reassuring.
