Beak Issues: What do i do??

One of my little silkies is having trouble closing her beak. I noticed the top was a little long, so i trimmed it, which helped, but the lower part of the beak also seems long, but she wouldn't let me trim that part.

So what do i do?

If i push it together, it will close, but she doesn't close it herself.

Oh and her beak is completely normal, aside from this. No cross beak or what not.

(I am new to chickens, so i don't really know anything about beaks....)

Is she having trouble eating? As long as she can eat and drink, you don't need to worry.

She pecks the food and what not, so i am guessing she is able to eat. She is soooo much smaller than the others, but it has always been that way with her
