Beak Question..it looks like it is jsut being eaten away

I think I would separate her so the beak can heal..
then find another Polish or 2 as companions..
it's common for Polish, or birds who are "different"..even a different color, to get picked on..
she is white, the others are russet..so she's got 2 strikes against her with this "clique"...
(all pretty birds BTW)

definitely put some ointment on it..
maybe the terramycin eye ointment..

First State Vet Supply has other ointments and antibiotics and someone you can confer with online or by phone for a small fee, and have the meds on hand to send to you.

I will try your recipe and will get some ointment today...keep you posted on how she is doing!
If I get a companion or two for her will the rest accept them or will the clique continue on and should they be the same color????? When I got the two white Sultans the russets didn't accept them at first but as time all went on all was good....then the one ended up being a Roo and all changed in the peeking order etc......
