I think I would separate her so the beak can heal..
then find another Polish or 2 as companions..
it's common for Polish, or birds who are "different"..even a different color, to get picked on..
she is white, the others are russet..so she's got 2 strikes against her with this "clique"...
(all pretty birds BTW)
definitely put some ointment on it..
maybe the terramycin eye ointment..
