I discovered today during pictures that Houdini beak is broken.. I don't know when or how.. Can I do anything for it? Also her comb is much smaller and pink not bright red like her sisters..

The beak looks fine..it will grow back.
How old/young is she?

Once i was crushing an egg with a stick for my girls and a hen stuck her head and the stick cracked her beak a bit. It healed fine. I'm sure your hen will be fine. She probably just has a small pink comb, my hens combs get pink when they are relaxed.

The long-term problem will be with lower mandible rather than upper everyone is looking at. The lower is already growing beyond what is normal.
Or did top break off to make it look that way?
Hopefully it grows back before bottom becomes a problem....
....but I agree bottom may need some trimming.

A bright red comb is a sign that a hen is laying or a pullet is close to laying. They get paler with the dark days of winter, brighten in the spring. I would not expect this bird to be laying. It might be age, or winter, or she is a non- layer as in barren.

Over time that will become a problem that may require management. Lower part is already growing beyond upper. The lower is likely to require periodic trimming.

The bottom is longer...because the top chipped off. I didn't notice it until the other day while taking pictures.
