Beans for the birds?

I know you aren't supposed to feed them dry, uncooked beans. But cooked are ok. But what about sprouted beans? Just like dried pintos from the grocery store? My kid was sprouting some so she could try and grow plants and it got me thinking...

I wouldn't risk it. Since they aren't cooked, they still have the toxins in them that could make your chickens sick.
