I feel like I spend to much time on BYC, (but I still want to help the community), I've already not been on as much, and feel like I had a better day (unless it's my imagination, and I don't think it is). I was already kind of thinking that, but reading it from someone else was very encouraging.

I am not "leaving" though, I love helping people when I'm not as busy.
