Hi -
Can anyone tell me if there is a gene for "bearded" and "non bearded"? And if it works the same way in all breeds?
For instance, if a bearded bird is bred to a non bearded bird, will the offspring be either bearded or non bearded (ie. one or the other)? Or does the non bearded factor only make the bearded factor smaller/less (ie. alittle of both)?
Thanks -
