Beatle larvae in coop?

While cleaning my coop I found these wierd dry larvae like things under a lot of my hens dirty coop wood chips. I found a moving white one and I smashed it, it was wet inside. :sick
I think they are dead Beatle larvae...? Here's the pictures...

They remind me of carpet beetle larvae. They're probably pupating, not dead. I bet your chickens would eat them.
 
Thanks :) now I know why my hens dig around in they're old bedding and eat stuff in it.
 
I found a bunch of similar looking things to, they were just much bigger, and only in one corner. The chickens had no idea they were there, i called them over and they just stared at them for about a minute. After that they decided to try and eat them and they were gone within seconds!

the larvae I found where also in just one corner!
