The Start of My Flock Journey

Hey everyone! Iāve been meaning to start a flock journal for a while now, and today feels like the perfect time to finally do it.
Iāve always had a soft spot for animals. Growing up, I had horses, goats, and of course, all the little critters that seem to find their way into your heart when you least expect it. Ever since I can remember, Iāve felt like I just understand animals ā even the shy ones seem to trust me quicker than I expect. Now, itās chickens that have stolen the spotlight in my life, and I couldnāt be happier about it.
My flock is still in the beginning stages, but every day feels like the start of a new adventure. Each bird already has its own quirks and personality ā some bold, some sweet, some a little mischievous ā and I know theyāre only going to keep surprising me. I canāt wait to look back on this journal one day and see how much theyāve grown and how far weāve come together.
Iāll be sharing the little day-to-day stories, the milestones, the āoh no, what now?ā moments, and of course the funny chicken antics that make this whole thing so worth it.
Hereās to the start of something special.
