Beautiful Golden Cuckoo Maran Roo available SO-CAL

This is a truely magnificent Golden cuckoo maran roo that I would love to keep. He is not particularly noisy but it bothers one of my neighbors. About 6 months old he was hatched out of an egg from Donna Gierke in Norco. I am located in Orange county CA. He is great with his girls and I am pretty sure the hens are already laying fertile eggs. He will be missed. $10 pickup only or trade for any quality pullet or young hen, particularly a blue or green egg layer. White or brown is fine too as my main emphasis is eggs. Please don't force me to send this guy to freezer camp. He's just too good for that.

Ironic. Out of 18 chickens he is my only unvaccinated individual. I have not been raising chicks lately so I had not even thought about it until you asked. Well looks like soup unless I can find just the right home.
