Beautiful rooster about 10 weeks needs to be rehomed

The story is the same as many others. We thought we got ten baby hens, turns out one is a rooster. Hard to keep him in our urban setting… roosters are not allowed. We are in South eastern PA… he is about 11 weeks old and calm and only crows at About 5 am 😏. Not sure his breed. Please… if you are remotely interested please message back.
