There are 2 roosts for a reason. All 9 of you cant fit into the same 4 inch space, so please stop trying. Some of you will just have to spread out to the other 44" that you have available.

They are angels when they sleep, aren't they.

About the roost thing.... the 1' per chicken is a lie. They really only do need 4" per chicken, even as adults... I'm pretty sure I can fit 10 chickens on my 4' roost they way they sit. LOL. And to think they pretend they don't like each other during daylight hours!! Too funny!!

I'm so glad I have chickens, because there is absolutely nothing as entertaining on TV.
