Very nice.
The thing that jumps out at me is your section on hatching eggs. I would never guarantee hatch rates! Too many variables. You're counting on the person knowing what they're doing, having a reliable incubator and not having any power outages, or other accidents. The hatching board is filled with stories of incubators having temp spikes, or kids messing with them, dogs knocking them over, getting unplugged, accidentally left slightly open, a bad (or just uncalibrated) hygrometer, cheap thermometers........and so on. If this is your business you can't afford to replace eggs every time somebody screws them up. Plus, when shipping eggs 50% hatch is considered good! You're going to be replacing a LOT of eggs is you expect a consistent 70% shipped. Now, if they don't even start developing that's different. I would feel compelled to replace them if I thought they weren't fertile.

I LOVE your starter kit idea. I would be interested in knowing exactly what you have in it (if you don't mind) I might do something like that.

Good... but you'll run yourself out of business if you guarantee hatching rates. There are too many variables out of your control.
