I definitely recommend college to start off with. Choose a major you enjoy and can do well in. Most starting jobs don't really care what you have your degree in, but a decent GPA and experience through internships can make all the difference. Only a few careers need more specific majors. For example, careers like nursing need specific classes. Even science based careers are filled with many people of diverse majors, not just biology and chemistry. You can always take the necessary science pre-reqs and major in something like history.
I recommend staying away from psychology majors unless you KNOW you want to progress to grad school. Otherwise there is not much you can do with a psych degree. Crim justice is another I recommend staying away from, even if you want to go into law.
Honestly, it doesn't matter what you do out of college, starting salaries are not great. I recommend possibly doing community college for two years and then a four year college to finish your bachelors. You will save a ton of money. Unless you can keep a really high GPA in high school to get a scholarship. That is what I did.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone not to get at LEAST a bachelors. The key for you will be to do summer internships with parks around the country. That will give you a great "in" when it comes time to start your career. In this world today, it's not easy to find jobs even with a degree, but if you are motivated you can do whatever you set your mind to.
