Bedding for baby ducklings

When my four ducks were in the brooder I used the puppy pads (because I had some left over) or shavings and put paper towel on top. Basically had to change the paper towl but any other waste was caught by the bottem layer.

They did not try to eat the paper towel.

I know baby ducks are a riot! They are so goofy!

I love the way they run around!

I am starting with paper towel & then I guess I will have to decide what to use after a couple of days once they start sampling the toweling.
