Has anyone ever used the pelletized bedding that fluffs when it gets wet? I'm wondering if this would be good for my ducklings.. I have 14.. and I'm continually changing their bedding. bottom bit is fine except for being wet.. all the yucky is on top.. I feel like I'm throwing out a lot of bedding.:( Thanks for any suggestions

I would be concerned about them eating it. Wifezilla used it, though, with a sturdy plastic mesh over the top so they couldn't eat it.

Old towels would probably be good, because then you could just shake the poop off into the garden, wash off, dry and reuse. The sawdust pellets (I use them in our watering station) would just absorb moisture.

Thanks I did think about the fact they might eat it.. what I tried today is towel on bottom an bedding on top.. well see how it goes
