Ok...straw or sawdust...which is better?

I use straw. They also like to munch and scratch in it. I have only tried sawdust twice and found it harder to clean out. Try each and see what you think.

We use wheat straw. It does have down sides, if it get wet it mats down and mold will grow in it, it can also give mites a place to hide.

If I could get sawdust I would use it over straw
