Bedding

Not cedar and never shavings that are small enough for them to eat! I put puppy pads on top of large pine shavings for a couple weeks, and then I take off the puppy pads.

How about when they are being raised by a hen and not in a brooder. Should I get something ready to cover the pine shavings (they are quite fine see my avatar as that is the nest)?

Beginning to worry as hatch day approaches.

Thanks

The Hen should show them what to eat.
