I grabbed a package of meat from our freezer (one of our steers) and put it in the fridge on Saturday to thaw. I went to put it in the crock pot just now and noticed it says, "Beef Arm Roast" on it...I'm assuming crock pot all day would be good for this cut?
But how else should I season it?
